UKRAINE PLANS TO CALL SLOBOZHANSKA OIL, GAS PSA TENDER IN SEPTEMBER
The Ukrainian Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry plans to call a tender for the right to sign a production-sharing agreement for the Slobozhanska oil and gas field in Kharkiv region early September, according to Deputy Ecology Minister Dmitry Mormul.
"We'll try and put the field up for sale in early September," he told reporters.
But the timing of the sale will depend how quickly a number of technicalities can be resolved, he said.
