Ukraine court suspends appeal of UAH 3.1 bln debt to Russia following the United Energy Systems’ failure to meet contract obligations
Kyiv’s Economic Court of Appeals announced an indefinite suspension in the government’s appeal of a Kyiv Economic Court ruling from late September that Ukraine must pay UAH 3.1 bln (USD 0.4 bln) to Russia in connection with United Energy Systems of Ukraine’s failure to deliver goods pursuant to a contract, which was guaranteed by the Ukrainian government.
